- Add the 50g of Tom Yum Paste into 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) boiling water, stir thoroughly.
- Add 400g fresh shrimps or fish and 150g mushrooms or other vegetables.
- Cook until well-done.
- Add lime juice and fish sauce.
- Taste and season as required
One cup of water may be replaced with 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk or milk in order to get thick Tom Yum soup.
