Cooking Directions:?

  • Add the 50g of Tom Yum Paste into 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) boiling water, stir thoroughly.
  • Add 400g fresh shrimps or fish and 150g mushrooms or other vegetables.
  • Cook until well-done.
  • Add lime juice and fish sauce.
  • Taste and season as required

Taste Suggestion:
One cup of water may be replaced with 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk or milk in order to get thick Tom Yum soup.
