Are you open and delivering during the national lockdown?

Tardigrade Group (Pty) Ltd T/A A-Mart Online Store is fully operational during the full duration of the national lockdown between 26 March 2020 until 16 April 2020.

All non-food products have temporarily been removed from our store and only food products as stipulated in the Categorisation of Essential Goods and Services During Lockdown (Regulation 11A) - schedule A.1. will be available.

Our delivery partners are also authorised to operate during the lockdown. Pargo deliveries will be restricted to pick-up locations that will be open during the lockdown period. Only stores that will be open can be selected at check-out and collected from.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
Any orders above R750 qualify for free shipping. Discounted shipping is available at different spend brackets.

*Some Areas deemed high-risk by couriers may incur an extra surcharge, but we will contact you in this case before delivery. Full refunds can be processed. Please contact us if you are not sure if your area is high-risk or not.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Packages are normally sent within 2 business days of receipt of order and payment. Our shipping partners then take between 1-3 business days to deliver packages depending on your exact location.

How do subscription products work?

All other subscription sign-ups made between 25th and 18th (of the following month) will be billed immediately and the current month’s box will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before or on the 20th of the month to be effective for the same month. Cancellations after the 20th of the month will be effective from the following month onwards, i.e. customers will still be billed on the 25th of the same month and receive a corresponding subscription box.

Subscription products grace period

Subscriptions made after the 18th (19th onwards) of each month will only be billed on the 25th and you will only receive your first box thereafter.

Other items ordered along with the subscription that automatically qualified for free shipping will only be dispatched after the 25th if the order is placed within the grace period (19th – 25th).

If you’d like your items that were ordered with the subscription to be dispatched immediately, please remove them and place a separate order without the subscription box.

Will my packages break during transit?

A-Mart takes great care in ensuring every single package is packed securely and any fragile items will have extra protection and labeling to ensure chances of anything breaking are minimal. Together with our professional shipping partners, you can rest assured that your package will arrive safe and unharmed.

Is buying online at A-Mart.co.za safe?

A-Mart uses the latest industry standard encryption to ensure the entire website is secure along with the entire payment process. This ensures all our clients have a safe and secure online shopping experience.

Orders & Returns

What payment methods are accepted by A-Mart?

A-Mart accepts major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. In addition we also accept Instant EFT, Bitcoin, Masterpass, Snapscan and Zapper.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once orders are placed and paid for, changes to the orders will need to be done via our support team at info@A-Mart.co.za, cancellation of orders will be processed by the same team.

Once you cancel your order, A-Mart will be able to refund you via A-Mart account credits or cash directly into your bank account. Refunds via A-Mart credits will be for the full purchase amount and take up to 1 business day to process. A cash refund via EFT will incur a 5% admin charge and be processed within 5 business days.

Please note all refunds exclude the refund of shipping charges. A-Mart reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from refunds on cancellation of orders that qualified for discounted or free shipping if the cancellation or return is not due to A-Mart product faults.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No accounts are needed to place an order, although we do need your details when you checkout and confirm your order. You are able to create a free account so that all your details are populated once you login to ensure a smoother shopping experience.

How do I track my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then follow the status of your order by logging in to your A-Mart account or checking your emails for status updates. Order status updates will show as complete with shipment tracking number once the order has been shipped.

How can I return a product?

All products are checked before they are shipped. If any damaged or spoiled products are received please get in touch with us at info@A-Mart.co.za as soon as possible. Once verified we will arrange replacements to be sent.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 10 days of placing the order. The client will be responsible for returning the goods to A-Mart. Please contact info@A-Mart.co.za for returns.

A-Mart does not accept opened/used products with no defect for return or replacements.
